James asks…Is it possible weight can stay off after crash dieting by excercising and eating healthy food?Say if one was to crash diet and lose weight, is it possible it can stay off if you excercise regularly and eat healthy food if you're going to eat normally again? Also what kind food does crash-dieting involve?
